Fall decor deliveries generally begin in mid to late September. Winter decor deliveries begin near the end of November. Delivery start times may vary due to weather or the availability of our natural products.

Clean-ups for Fall decor packages begin on November 1. Winter decor clean-ups will begin near the end of February. However, this is subject to change based on the weather.

Although we do our best to accomodate these requests, we unfortunately cannot guarantee delivery or clean-up on specific dates or times. To keep our prices as affordable as possible, we schedule our deliveries based on your location.

Most of the products in our decor packages are perishable. We clean-up these items to ensure they are composted appropriately. When possible, we also try to donate items, such as pumpkins and straw, to local animal rescues who use them as treats or bedding. Items that are not perishable are also collected during clean-up. These items are either recycled or reused. By including a complete clean-up with our service, we're able to provide a sustainable service that benefits you and your community. By collecting and reusing this resource, we can ensure each piece is stored for longevity and used for multiple seasons.
